Here is a one pager I just threw together. I'm writing mostly from my knowledge of the situation and so it's very skimpy on details and research. I barely mentioned grid restructuring, which is super important. Please revise it if you know the answers!

These three pdfs summarize Direct Tradable Quotas (DTQ), a trading system for carbon emissions allowances published by the Tyndall Centre, and a PhD student who works with them.

The first pdf is a summary of the DTQ system developed by Tyndall.

The second pdf is the full report on the DTQ system developed by Tyndall.

Timothy explains how awesome the Citizen's conference was, and ironically, how this conference has the power to be really awesome too.
