A Framework for Ultimate Climate Solutions

This is a draft Document that I wrote over June 2007 synthesizing a
broad range of material surrounding climate policy in an attempt to
create a broad vision framework for building a radically different
world resiliant enough to perservere through global warming and do it
right.

Revisions coming, probably in December 2007 based on discussions,
further research, and new ideas, but the overall framework will remain.

Is adaptation and payment for adaptation part of the framework? That should be part of the solution.

Adaptation is a combination of supporting changes that will make us
less dependent on fossil fuels and the long-distance supply streams
that they unable (which are insecure given climate risk) and in general
making our society more adaptable to weather changes and societal
shifts. Yes, the framework does support that since it provides
incentives for communities to develop innovative local solutions to the
challenges of sustainability.
