After establishing a Clean Energy Revolving Fund at Macalester College through MacCARES, students Asa Diebolt and Timothy Den Herder-Thomas wrote this manual explaining how to establish such funds. The manual was published by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) and edited by Julian Dautremont-Smith, a staff member there. Available for public distribution, this manual seeks to support other student climate leaders in their efforts to establish revolving funds at other colleges.
