The current theme for WeCAN is a bit buggy, and there are a lot of areas where things need to be cleaned up. The forums and groups/projects, in particular, are hard to understand because information is squished together and not well-spaced or visibly organized.

I'm looking for someone with a good amount of knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) as well as a good eye for designs (lines and shapes, white space, &c) to help polish off the WeCAN theme.
